Our bed is very low to the ground, so we’ve found that the plastic storage bins with lids slide well on the carpet. Another idea I’ve heard is to attach “EZ Sliders” to the under side of a container is you have carpet – this would be good for drawers and other boxes. If you have vinyl flooring or wood, EZ Felt Sliders with felt padding would help containers slide on those flat surfaces.
